Can I get same-day delivery?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We can ship smaller packages to P.O. boxes via USPS. However, most medical supply orders require a physical address for carrier delivery and signature confirmation.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our website using your order number, or view all orders in your account dashboard.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
