Hospital Supply HQ employs a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) of policies and programs designed to support a commitment to quality in the pursuit of delivering superior service and customer satisfaction through an environment of continual monitoring and improvement.

Through quality planning, HSH identified and implemented a quality policy and supporting quality objectives at relevant levels of the organization to measure and monitor operations, and the associated system elements necessary to achieve these objectives.

Through customer feedback, third party audits, and internal monitoring, HSH exercises a Corrective and Preventive Action program to ensure opportunities for improvement are capitalized, solutions are implemented to prevent recurrence, and effectiveness of actions taken can be verified.

HSH Management is committed to ensuring the effectiveness and suitability of the PHS QMS through regular management reviews of customer feedback, key performance indicators, supplier quality, department performance reviews, resources, changes in statutory and regulatory environment, and changes that could affect the quality management system.

Through continuous monitoring and review, along with the HSH commitment to flexibility and responsiveness, the HSH quality management system continues to support the delivery of products and services as ordered an6d on time.
